The bottom line is that you cannot just go find a digestive enzyme supplement and that’ll fix you.
That is not how it works. You have to know the root cause. Another thing that can cause anxiety is pathogens. That’s any type of bacteria, virus, parasite, whatever that is in your body that shouldn’t be there taking advantage of you. They can interrupt the conversion of dopamine to norepinephrine, which can cause weight gain, fatigue, poor focus, and ADHD.
For example, Allison had a grad student who was killing it in school. She was applying to to jobs because she’s about to graduate and had tons of anxiety.
